Joe and the boys were over to install a new sink through a brick wall into our sunroom. The job couldn't have gone smoother. They were very careful not to make a mess everywhere, the job was done in half a day which was much faster than we thought it would be and the price was great. We couldn't be happier. I can't see us using another company after such a good experience

Great quick responsive service from Emerald Plumbing & Heating. Very helpful over the phone trying to assist with a thermostat issue before offering to send someone out. We much appreciated the fact they tried to save us the call out fee. Unfortunately I lost the battle. Ray showed up shortly after and installed our thermostat quickly while also fixing another issue with an air leak in our ducting that was in a difficult stop to access. Good service all around.

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed this year. They did all new pipes too. Jamie and his crew were friendly and very professional. Give them a call for a free quote their pricing was fair. Make it your first call because it will be your last. You will not regret it.

Technician arrived on time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He guided me thru all the items he was troubleshooting. Furnace fixed in 20 minutes. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend Emerald for any servicing. Will have them back in the summer to service my AC system.

Excellent company… couldn’t be happier. Needed to replace the furnace at our rental property. First person I talked to was Ray… really pleasant guy, easy to talk to and I didn’t feel as if I was being “sold” something, if that makes any sense. Just a nice discussion about what was needed that ended with an incredibly fair price for a two stage furnace I thought. Today was the install date, and I stopped buy just to make sure everything was going well which it certainly was. Three gentleman the owner and two young men all of who were a working but not to busy to talk and very pleasant to talk with. I wont be using any other company in future, very fair, pleasant people. Wish I had found them earlier! Call them first and last, I’d be shocked if you were anything but extremely satisfied dealing with Emerald.👍👍
